Resort On The Hill :
The site for this resort project is located near Nagpur on a highly undulating hillock making the design extremely challenging. It comprises of a hotel, large banquet hall with a lawn, a club house & water sports facilities. The Masterplan is designed in ‘terraces’ by completely respecting the site contours to avoid cutting, filling & to have unobstructed stunning views of the surroundings. Environment friendly design, contemporary design language & high quality landscaped areas are the salient features of the project.
